Pro Development Trainers (PDT), a division of SUENT (Reg. SP‑17692019), Ma. Uradhu, Dhilbahaaru Magu, Malé, Maldives, runs pdtmv.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Program and job applications: the details you enter, such as your name, NIC number, date of birth, gender, marital status, phone, address, work and education, answers to our questions, and the documents you upload (ID card, CV, police clearance certificate, reference letter).
- Contact form: your name, organisation, email and message.
How we use it
- To review and process your application and contact you about it.
- To arrange any support you tell us you need to take part.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To keep your account secure.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only authorised PDT staff can see application details and uploaded documents. Sensitive details, such as your NIC number and any support or medical information, are used only for the purpose you gave them. We may share information with partners only where it is needed to deliver a program you applied for, such as a seed grant evaluation panel, or where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored securely with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and are never publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for as long as needed to run our programs and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Contact us using the details below.
